wrong inch to pixel size on photoshop ! please help

hello guys , when i create a custome shape with fixed size in the path options , i give 1 in  H and 1 in W , then it give me 76 pixel by 76 pixel for width and height ! it must give me 96 by 96 not 76 by 76 , how to slove it ?

That is likely because the screen resolution is set to the Windows default oof 96 ppi.  Go to Preferences > Units & Rulers and enter your monitor's resolution. I usually divide the Physical horizontal screen size by the monitor setting, Example:1280px/11.25in to get 114 ppi and I use View > Print Size to get the onscreen inch to

match a physical inch.
