When I rotate the image and zoom

in, it does not expand in the "mouse cursor" position,

but it expands to the wrong position. Please solve the problem.

This issue has been fixed by the 21.0.2 update of Photoshop. See https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/fixed-issues.html

Hi there,

Sorry that Zooming in while rotating an image is not working as expected on your computer.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and on which operating system?

Could you please checkout this similar discussion for some of the offered suggestions as this issue looks like to be related to a known problem in the current version of Photoshop: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Photoshop/Photoshop-2020-Zoom-tool-bug-when-flipping-canvas-horizonta...

Thanks,

Akash

I am having this issue too. I am aware that this is being worked on, but I heavily rely on rotating my drawings and this makes it nearly impossible to draw without getting frustrated. I just want to go back to Photoshop cc 2019. Is there a way that I can do that? My mac will no longer open the 2019 version I have anymore. I just want to get back to my drawings.

No it wasn't. Drawing after 2020 update became hell... Seriously thinking of temporarily switching to ClipStudio... yep, this is how bad it is now.

It has not been fixed. I'm running 21.1.2 (just updated today) and the rotate tool is still not working probably. The canvas jumps to another position every time I rotate it when zoomed in. Makes it very difficult to work on something when I have to constantly use the hand tool or search for the area I was editing (being zoomed in so close).

It has not been fixed. I just installed 21.2.1 and it's a problem.
