Zooming Issue

I'm experiencing issues with zooming in 22.3.0 . Every time I zoom in it will continue to zoom making photoshop unusable. Any idea what this could be?  Or is it just bug.

In this other post, the problem was fixed by turning off Overscrolling. Overscroll is located in the Tools section of Photoshop's preferences. Uncheck the box to turn off Overscroll. I would recommend that you restart Photoshop and then test it to see if it's still happening.
