Center Page Horizontally

Does anyone know what code I would need to include in a .ps file in order to center the page horizontally on the paper on output? If so, what is it? I'm going crazy here!

If you are sure your logical page will fit onto the media, you could insert
b <</Policies <</PageSize 3>> >> setpagedevice
to force the PS interpreter to center (and possibly scale down) the logical page to fit onto the physical media.

Otherwise you need to know the dimensions of your logical page(s) and the dimensions of the physical media to compute how to translate the logical page accordingly.
