Adobe Prelude import srt as markers?

Is there an option or workaround to import SRT closed captions into prelude and have it automatically insert/make markers?

Here's my situation,

We're creating videos on the fly and it would save time to have footage auto marked via a srt script.

Our workflow so far. Upload footage into youtube, wait until it auto generates the sub captions and then download the SRT file that is attached to.

Any suggestions?

Hi Openskies,

Thanks for writing us.

Prelude does not have option to ingest srt script as markers.

Please try using Premiere Pro caption workflow, that may help you.

Thanks
