Prelude CC2019 hangs

New Prelude CC2019 does not open my prelude project files. Just hangs, if I open the same prelude file in the previous version it also hangs. Super frustrating because I sue prelude to rename my footage and I have I lot to rename now manually.

Sorry for the freeze issue. We need more info to troubleshoot this issue.

What are the system specs(OS version, RAM, CPU, GPU)?

Are you logged in as an Administrator into the OS? Are you able to work with new projects?

Jozua I had the same problem. In one project I have 1500+ clips on an external drive and it will either not load at all or it will sometimes take 10 minutes. I click to load and go away for ten minutes.

With a project file with a couple clips it loads instantly.
