Relative path for media files

Is there a way to set Prelude and Premiere to use relative paths for media?

I worked on my C drive, but had to move the folder (a folder with the Prelude file and all media inside) to another HD for space. Now it wants to link to the old. When I tell it the new location it keeps failing. So I started a new file. Fine. But I will have to move it to another HD for our videographer to bring it into Premiere and I'm sure he's going to run into the same problem. But if I could make Prelude say '/media/video_1.mpeg' instead of the absolute path that will solve that problem.
