Status of media relink in Prelude CS6?

Hoping someone can help me understand status of relink functionality in Prelude CS6 (desktop)

(Have seen numerous older posts with similar question, but there seems to frequently be conflation of Prelude vs Premiere, and am also not seeing what is described in my version)

e.g. test case: change filename of ingested clip.

No offline icon, but then Prelude confirms is offline. Right-click, file, and search... cannot find "relink" anywhere.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried what you mentioned and I am able to see Re-link option on the right click as well as in the File menu.

Can you please help me with the following information:

1. OSX that you are working on.

2. Steps that you performed (It will be helpful in reproducing the issue).

3. Did you see a Relink window when you click 'Ok' on the message displayed in first screenshot?
