Premiere Element2018での不具合

Premiere Element2018を使用していますが、最近PCをアップデートしたところ不具合が起こりました。プレビューで動画の中に赤いフレームが勝手に入り込んだり、勝手に早送りされるなどです。さらに書き出してもそのままの状態で書き出されます。動画を編集すると毎回その現象が起きます。メモリ16GB、Windows10です。宜しくお願いします。

Hi there,

Sorry for your issue. I understand you are getting red frames during playback and in export.

Have you tried cleaning media cache?

Please follow these steps:

Edit > Preferences > Media > Media Cache Database > Clean Now > OK

Media Cache Database also gives us the location where media cache for Premiere Elements is saved. Please browse that location and then rename the Media Cache folder to Old Media Cache.
