a problem with fading and opautizing video adobe premiere elements 15

I have a problem with the option of appearing and disappearing video on the timeline. The sliders do not react correctly to my settings. In the place where I mark that 50% of video penetration is to be 0% and vice versa. There is a program error. What can I do?

Can you post some more detail about footage, computer, etc.  Especially good would be some screen shots of the problem you have.

for example in this place (arrow marked in red) C0031.mp4: I have set the intersection at 0% but still I see the frame at the top (marked in blue).

right now I should see the frame below C0129.MP4 - it is not correct

I think I see the issue.

On my machine, with a single test, I got the same result.  I should see the lower track but did not.

The section had an orange line above it suggesting the preview was complex and needed "rendering".  (Press Enter or pust the "Render" button.  Once the orange line turned green, the preview played as expected.

Good luck!  It appears you have a complex project!
