What do you want  the glitch to look like? A bad TV? Static? A blue screen of death?

I´m not very good at english, but I want the movie look all normal, but I want short glitches like in bad contacts or something. Bad tv sounds nice to;)

Try the Old Film effect. You can add lots of "damage" with it.

Also try the Vertical Hold effect.
