Adebe Premiere Elements 2021 - installer not working

Hi,

i try to install new Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and is not working

Error code 113

I try to instal on another PC and ist the same result: unable to reach Adobe servers.

I use Adobe premiere pro from Adobe and its working....

Can you please solve the problem?

Error code 113 usually indications an issue connecting to the web site.

It seems to be network issue. I hope the solutions given in the helpx page resolved the issue. 

You many also check if you are using any proxy or firewall that might be causing this error.

Please share the screenshot if you still face problems in installing the app.
