Adobe Photoshop Elements 13(live movies)

Hello

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, and I have two computers one is stationary and another is a laptop. My problem is that my adobe does not works on desktop computers. When I press live movies, a small window opens, which says "Adobe Premiere Elements 13 has stopped working. There is also a problem causing the program to stop working properly ... it does not say what's the problem.

Are you talking about Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements? They are two different programs.

Where are you finding the Live Movies button? Are you talking about selecting eLive? If so, what country are you in?

Ja jag pratar om premier element 13. När jag startar premiere element  trycker jag på sorteraren och sedan trycker på skapa. Öppnas en fönster i fönstret trycker jag på direktfilm.
