ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS AND PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2022

I purchased the software combo and have activated Adobe Photoshop. Now I am trying to use Premiere Elements, but it appears it did not activate with Photoshop. I only have one redemption code and one serial number. The serial number works for Photoshop, but not for Premiere Elements. When trying to use Premiere Elements, I have access to the the first 2 tools, but the Video Editor asks for activation. Is this normal? Do I need to purchase something to make the video editor work?

Are you sure you bought both programs as it requires two serial numbers even if its a combo.

This has an odd feel! Adobe has been selling only the 2023 version since October of 2022. If this is a recent purchase, it came from a third party. Who did you buy from and what did they say they were selling?
