Adobe Premier Elements 2018 does not have all APE 15's Movie Templates - What to do?

Adobe Premier Elements does not support a number of Movie Templates that were previously available at version 15. I need the General Movie Templates.. Is there a way to move the templates from 15 to 18?

The Title Templates are present in Program data, but not available in the templates produced under Expert Tools.

It appears that the number of DVD templates under Online is reduced artificially from the Online contents in 15. Perhaps substitution of the online\DVD directory in 15 for the one in 18 will suffice.
