Adobe Premier Elements 2020 Upgrade Edition

Hi, can someone help, I've just installed Adobe Premier Elements 2020 Upgrade Edition . I have no prior versions installed. The label on the box informs me that i need a licensed earlier version of the program but it appears to be working without one. Am I now working on a limited version, is it working ok or do I need to download a prior edition. Anyone with any ideas please

Hi Terry,

If you have purchased the license to the current version of PRE 2020, it is not necessary to have access to the older versions of the application.

If you purchased an upgrade serial number, then until you enter a serial number from a qualifying previous version, you will have the trial version.  It will stop working after 30 days.
