I can`t import video clips into Adobe Premier Elements 2026. The videos were shot on IPhone 13 and transfered to the hard drive of a Windows 10 computer. The computer can read the videos using the Photos app. The IPhone settings for the recorded videos had high efficiency as the storage format.
Is there anything I can do?
Did I buy the program for nothing?

You should be able to import the clips from your phone. I have no trouble with clips from Iphone 12max
Can you upload a short clip for testing?
Before recording again and want to use them for editing , turn off High Efficiency.
