Adobe Premier Elements iOS

Hello,
I bought Adobe Premiere Elements in 2019, so I was still using Windows, but apart from downloading it, I never used it. I have had a macbook for several years and created myself about the purchase exactly as a hobby, I make videos. Did I use the Adobe account where I bought this program, can I somehow extend this version to a mac? Because I would like to use this program, but on iOS.

If you purchased a DVD you should have both installers... which does NOT mean that an old version will install on a new Mac

If you purchased by download you will need to buy a new download and receive a new serial number

 I don't use PE, but the Experts there can tell you if the mobile app is available for PE 2019 or if it begins with 2013.

and you should check if you can cross-grade; purchase a new mac version as an upgrade from your older windows version.
