When I open Adobe Premiere Elements, everything seems fine at first. I put a clip in the timeline though, and thats where things get odd. Normally theres a bar at the bottom right of the screen that says a number between 1 and a 99 about how much of the audio is done loading, but now its not doing that. On top of that, whenever I hit the play button, nothing happens in the timeline. The video doesn't play, and I can't hear a thing. I can scrub through the timeline, again with no audio, and even edit it around a bit. Heck, I can even export it out. Though when I do that, the video that gets exported has a severe framerate issue, seeming to only being going at a few frames a second. Though that might be a problem with something on my end with my computer. Now if I don't do any of this fast enough, Premiere Elements wills top responding and force me to close and restart it. Anyone got any ideas on how to help me?

And nevermind now. I restarted my computer to try and see if that would somehow fix the playback of local files on my computer, and it did. Then I just tried Adobe Elements out and now everything seems to be working again perfectly fine without a problem. Well this is kind of awkward now though.....
