Adobe Premiere Elements 16 for Mac OS X - from where downloading?

I have licence for Premiere Elements 16. In my acount I have it in My Products tab (see photo). But I don't have it in Orders History. Why? Problem it's, from where can I download install version Premiere Elements 16 for Mac OS X???

If you didn't purchase it from Adobe, you will have to get it from the place you purchased it.
