Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 V.18 plays video for 1-2 seconds max.

Tech support has attempted to help me in dealing with the issue, which has only begun since I finally installed the latest update.

After no success with support, I'm hoping to track down the previous version to download prior to the Version 18 that I currently have.  Does anyone have the download link?

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-you should ALWAYS keep a copy (or two!) on an external device
-since Adobe DOES SOMETIMES REMOVE OLD VERSIONS FROM THE SERVER
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have a serial number program

You will need a serial number for a prior version, or you will only be able to use it as a trial for 30 days, and exports will have a watermark.

Edit: Did you mean the same version number, only without the update?

     I'm only finding the one download for version 18 and not finding any sort of customization options in the installation?
