Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 free trial video editor not opening/loading

When i downloaded Elements 2023 with the free trial i tried opening the video editor it start loading when it is finished it just doesn't open can someone help?

windows and Cpu AMD ryzen 5 5600x 6-core processor ram 16gb 2k mhz motherboard i forgot and gpu Amd Radeon rx 6900 XT

First go to the AMD site and ensure you have the latest driver installed for your graphics card.

it opened but it closes after like a few seconds i updated driver and restarted still didn't work

That fixes it the vast majority of the time.
