Hello there,

I'm experiencing a problem with the Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 app on mya Macbook Pro M1 Max laptop. After I render the videos in my timeline, it doesn't show me the video of the screen at all. I can hear the audio but the screen remains black during playback. How do you fix this problem> Please reply back ASAP.

See help article below. Also check your system to ensure it exceeds minimum requirements.

Hope that helps.

If this was a common issue, there would be an easy answer.  It is not at all common!  To be more helpful, people here will need more information.   Can you start with details about your project settings, the source footage and your choices in settings?  Information about your computer and available disc space would also be helpful.

Guessing on what you've provided, it might be that the preview files created by rendering have a issue.   Under the Timeline menu there is a choice to delete rendered files.  Please try that and see what happens.

If you prefer, you can initate a tech support chat from the Help menu.   They are equipped to remotely run your computer looking for solutions.
