Adobe Premiere Elements 2025 won't install

I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2025 on December 29, 2024.  It was a three year license term (Dec.29/24 - Dec.28/27).  When I try to get the software it keeps asking me to purchase it but I've already paid for a 3 year license.  How can I get the software?

There is not a lot in your post to go on.  Can you explain "try to get the software"?  Did you buy it from Adobe directly?  Did you register with an Adobe account?   Can you post a screen shot of where it stops you?

Sign out of your account,

reboot machine,

Sign in.

Now try to download the software from the Adobe site.
