Can you copy an Organizer Album to Premiere Elements and keep the picture sequence you setup?

I have an album with pics in a certain sequence. When I use the "Add Media' Option and select the al bum the sequence of the pictures changes. Is there any way to keep the sequence I setup?

Thanks

Do you mean Premiere Elements (video) or Photoshop Elements (photos)?

Once inside the Premiere Elements program, there are only three sorting options in the project assets box.   Some users will rename or create re-named copies of source files to make the sort order to fit their desired workflow.

"create re-named copies of source files"

That's easy from the organizer before going to Premiere:

Once you have displayed your photos in 'album order', you use the 'Export' feature to rename your files with a common starting text and order number and to store them in a new folder. You can also resize at the same time.
