Adobe Premiere Elements download

Just bought adobe premiere elements 2020 and as it installing it says installation failed. It said error code : 195 but I updated my computer and it still doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Here's what the Google search says: "Error 195 occurs if the device that you're trying to install on does not meet the minimum system requirements. " It can also indicate damaged system files.

What operating system do you have? Which processor do you have with how much RAM and how much free space is left on your hard drive. 

Have you installed previous versions of Premiere Elements on your system?

I have a 10.11.6 MAC with 250 GB free, I'm so confused. I have downloaded premiere pro in the past (free trials) with no problem. It's very frustrating
