Adobe Premiere Elements for windos vista

I have a PC acer extensa 5230E Vista processor Genuine Intel (r) CPU 575 - 2.00GHz RAM 2.00GB

operative system 32 bit.  DWR,Sata 1280 X 800 pixels

Does any one know which version of Adobe Premiere Element, still supported, by Adobe should I buy?

It looks like version 12 was the last version:

Keep in mind that Adobe no longer sells version 12, so be careful that you are buying a genuine copy.

The current version, Premiere Elements 15, is the only one sold and supported by Adobe, but it does not run on Vista.
