After installing the update ( 22.12.2023) the application cannot be launched
The following text appears:
"Loading the Adobe Premiere Elements editor workspace is in progress..."
and after a few seconds the text disappears and the application does not start..
How to proceed?
What's wrong?
The installation of the update was correct, no error message.
What version are you using? Do you have the serieal number?
If it is the 2024 version and you have the serieal number, I would delete the application using the operating systems tools. Then I would download a fresh version and install it.
