Audio out of sync after rendering

For some reason, whenever I render my project, the audio goes out of sync. Is there a way to fix this or should I try uninstalling and reinstalling the program?

Do you mean rendering the timeline or exporting?

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:
