Can I use a green screen in Premiere Elements 13?

I am trying to decide between Premiere Pro and Elements 13 and would like to save some money while still being able to have those capabilities to key.

The method has not changed from 11 to 13?

I doubt it was changed, but since I don't have 13, I can't verify it for you.

Do a "Find" and there are a dozen references to "Green Screen Effect".
