Hello All,
Editing videos would be a bit more flexible if we could use our regular mouse wheel to move the timeline Left/Right and also for Zoom In/Out. Is this feature there and I am missing it somehow? Please suggest.

There are special mouse out there who can serve the purpose, but I am talking about regular wheel mouse.

You're not missing anything. These are not features of Premiere Elements.

The left and right arrows on the keyboard will advance and reverse the playhead on the timeline. The plus and minus keys will zoom in and out.

Then this deserves to be a feature.

\ (backslash) will zoom in and out of the entire timeline.

Page up/down next/previous edit point.

Left/right + shift will move the playhead 5 frames.

Might want to have a look inside the KBSC list.

I think you missed the title or the intention of the message. Did I mention anything about keyboard?

Seconded. I just upgraded from Elements 11 to 2023 and it is supremely annoying to find this no longer works!

Have a look at the other response linked below, which shows how to fix it yourself with AutoHotkey! You may have to tweak the code a bit for AutoHotkey V2, but it's fantastic.
