I purchased Photoshop Elements through Microsoft Store and Premier Elements through Adobe on line store.
When I launch the Photoshop Elements the Photo Editor icon appears but the Video Editor (Premier Elements) icon does not appear. When I launch Premier Elements the Photo and Video Editor icons both appear, but clicking the Photo editor prompts you to either buy the product or download the trial.
Is there a way to show both my purchases on the same home page?
Does the Microsoft version provide a serial number of the same format of digits and spacing of the Adobe version? If so, you might try downloading the free trial and applying the serial number.
Another choice might be to start an online chat with Adobe techs. Look for Online Support in the Help menu. It will take you to a website where you can start the chat.
