Hello,

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 2019.
I can't import video from Gopro Hero 6.
Video format: 2,7k and a *.mp4 extension...

Adobe say :"can't read or need a codec"

How can I import video from Gopro Hero 6 ?

Thank you a lot

Nicolas

Inside the MP4 will be a "codec".  If it is HEVC (also called H.265), Premiere Elements can't work with it.  The two remedies are to set the camera to record in a more universal codec (H.264) or convert the footage in the (free) Handbrake program.   The difference in the codec are compression and files size, not picture quality.
