Can you describe the steps you took to make the backup?

Also, are you backing up to an external hard drive?

yes, thank you.

  1. when I open adobe elements Organiser, they ask me if I want t make a back up
  2. I choose back-up catalogus
  3. Then Files are prepared and I get 2 options: full back-up and incremental back up.
  4. I tried both, (made a full back up before), but let's say I choose fulle back up
  5. It starts counting 'mediasize' and I have to choose where I want to save the backup. I choose an external hard drive
  6. I choose map 2024 and then the problem starts: 'a moment the bach-up is preparing'
  7. After that it doesn't do anything anymore. I can only close the program and start all over..
You have any idea what I can do?

thank you for your response. Yes, I think so. I use an external hard drive and it says there is 854 GB space. I'm not sure how much space I need
