CANNOT ACCESS DOWNLOAD LINK FOR ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS 11

I had to get a new laptop and I have my redeem code for my Adobe Premiere Elements 11 but when I click the download link, I receive a URL error.

I took my laptop to Geek Squad for help and they could not fix it--- They believe the link is broken.

Someone please fix it or help fix it.

Anyone?

I don't want to re-buy the product when I already own a copy. It allowed me to download Photoshop 11 but not Premiere.

PLEASE HELP.

Note that you might want to reconsider.  Computers and operating systems have changed since version 11 was current.  Adobe keeps their versions current with those changes.  It may be that with a new computer and a new operating system, Premiere Elements 15 will run more reliably.
