Cant find any text templates in the "titles & text" add on?

Hi, I'm very new to this(just started today.

I want to ad a title in the first 5sec of my video just down the the corner that will be there as the video is starting.

When I click on the titles and text tab there's lots of titles to pick from but no text templates?

Any help would be great.

If you want a plain vanilla text only title, just go to the Text menu at the top of the program and select New Text.
