Cant reach german (or english) support chat. need reactivation of my seriel number.

Hey Ive reinstalled my windows a while ago and forgot to deactivate my premiere elements on the old install. Now I cant reach the support chat to issue a reactivation. I hope somebody from Adobe in here can help.

This is a user forum.  People that can do what you need don't show up here.

I think this is where you start.  There is a choice for activate and deactivate.
