I have a slideshow. I've written multiple captions for the clips. The normal white bar above the clips has disappeared, leaving a solid tan bar from the beginning to the end of the slideshow. I cannot add, delete, or move captions. How do I make the captions toolbar reappear?

This problem is with Premier Elements 2021 in Quick mode.

In Quick mode you can add titles by selecting the clip or still on the timeline.
