When I take a new project, the voice and music goes to the bottom. Is there any way I can get them on the top right when I start a new project?

Elements does no do automatic adjustments to the tracks.

It does not matter is the voice over is on A1 or A6 or any other track.

Not by default.

Rename the tracks before ingesting.

Well, if you keep voice in their default voice track and music in their default music track, they do some automatic adjustments (not sure if YouTube does it). When you are silent, the audio get enhanced and when there is audio, the music volume comes down. That is a benefit. .🙂
