Changing the background of my video premiere elements 2022

it a very basic thing that i can do in photo elements easily can someone explain to me how to do this in premiere elements 2022. im currently trying to make a video where i just want the subject (pair of shoes) without the background in the video maybe just change the backround into a solid color. thank you for any help on this subject.

im currently trying to follow along to a video from 2020 about how to edit out the background of a video but in their version of premiere they have rgb difference key under effects and keying. can anyone please help me with this?

Post screenshot of the movie with the shoes.

Is the movie static or does it have motion.

rgb difference key is still under Effect/keying.

thank you for the reply im a noob with some of this and basically just uploaded a video i took of some shoes sitting on a box and wanted to take the background out. i think to answer you question IT HAS MOTION... the instruction video im watchin uses the eight point garbage matte then he uses the rgb difference key except i cant find my rgb difference key in premiere 2022 its not listed with the Effect/keying like the eight point garbage matte is. thanks for your time on this....

If I am not mistaken, the Mac has fewer effects than PC.

RGB difference might be one of them.
