So I changed the size of the playback so I could see all three video tracks at once. Now that I am done, is there a command or an option I can press so the video that's playing back fills the black spots? I don't want to manually fit all of the video track.

Select one of the clips, then open the Applied Effects panel. In Motion properties, set Scale to 100% and Position (assuming your project is 1920x1080) to 960 540 (or whatever is center of your video frame).

Right-click on that clip on your timeline and select Copy. Then select all of the other clips, right-click and select Paste Effects and Adjustments.
