In elements 14, how does one create an 8.5x11 clean slate as opposed to their CREATE/PHOTO COLLAGE? I want to place 2-3 pix varying the size where I want them, not how Adobe wants them, complete with my text.

This is the Premiere Elements forum. It is about video. If you are doing video, one way is to stack the clips above each other and change the frame size.
If it about 8.5x11 photos, try the Photoshop Elements forum.
