Créer ses propres formats vidéo

Bonjour, 

Devant les nouveaux formats demandés sur facebook, instagram et autres, je me retrouve bloqué avec Premiere Elements et suis obligé de passer par un autre logiciel pour pouvoir travailler correctement.

Ma question est donc la suivante, comment créer un format vidéo adapté à nos besoins: par exemple 720 x 1280, ou encore 1080 x1920... Ces formats n'exitent pas dans ceux préconfigurés. Je suis obligé de faire plusieurs manipulations fastidieuses pour sortir un produit fini de qualité.

Unfortunately Premiere Elements does not provide for editing of vertical formats.
