Create video from photos

I bought this program …..trying to create a video from photos for my granddaughter's 16th  birthday---not very tech-smart ---started new project...added media---saved and went to open project... found photos under organization....can't move them....need add more photos....rearrange them...jus to get started....please help as I am fast running out of time...…..is there a phone number I can call....tried one number but it was a hoax....or a legitimate chat room …..
