Dip To White Creates A Short Flash

Community Beginner ,
Nov 09, 2019 Nov 09, 2019

I have used E15 for a couple of years with no issues but have now upgraded to E20 and have found the dip to white just creates a short flash no matter how long the effect is set to ie 1 sec or 5 sec.  I have rendered the timeline which has not effect.  I have tried changing the transition to cross desolve which works fine.  I am running Windows 10.  Does anyone have any ideas.  Thanks Andy

Does it still happen if you remove the adjustment layer?

I have removed the adjustment layer and the dip to white now works.  No idea why it happens but a great idea / work around - thanks Bob.
