I already own Adobe Photoshop Elements 15. Can I get a discount to purchase Adobe Premier Elements?

Though you can look for sales on Amazon. It's often available way below suggest retail there.

I was hoping it was cheaper because it is like $90 combined on Amazon. I already paid $60 for the Photoshop Elements. I should have waited and got the bundle.
