Does gopro keyframe plugin work in elements?

Don't really do any video editing, received a gopro fusion for christmas. Only thing i want to do is keyframe the 360 video in full 5k cineform for effect the 2 times a year i use the camera. Is that possible in elements or only premiere?

Elements cannot handle 5K let alone 360.

You have to use PrPro, you can take out an subscription for a month.
