A recurring question but in the year 2020 context.
I use Premier Elements 14.1 on my desktop PC & it works fine for what I need.
However, the PC runs Windows 7 & thus I'm considering re-installing with Windows 10.
Before doing that I need to ensure I am able to reinstall the applicantions I need and this includes PE14.
I have seen posts from a couple of years ago where Steve gave a link to download older versions but Adobe seem to have changed the linked-to page. My Adobe account shows PE14 being licensed to me.
I don't have PE14 on DVD - I originally purchased PE13 on DVD & Adobe gave me an upgrade to PE14 after I proved to them that PE13 did not burn BluRays with content >1GB (which isn't much) and the PE14 trial did. Thus I must have downloaded PE14 back then but I have not been able to find it on any of my backup discs (any idea what the name of the downloaded file would be?).
(It would be possble to buy the current version but I tend to put this off until the end of this year when I'm likely to build a new (faster) PC).
All help gratefully received

You shouldn't need a faster computer to upgrade the software. Version 2020 demands no more power than version 14.
But that said, it's no longer available to download version 14 from the Adobe web site.
If you want to run version 14, you'll need to pick up an old or used copy from eBay or Amazon or, if you have your activation/serial number, have a friend loan you a version 14 installation disk and use your number to activate it.

HotelCharlieMike,
"Adobe gave me an upgrade to PE14 after I proved to them that PE13 did not burn BluRays "
Please be aware that the current version 2020 will not do BluRays. That function has been removed.

@Steve: I do have my activation/serial number for PE14. However I do not personally know any Elements users!
If the download is no longer available do I have to assume that the update to 14.1 via the Internet will also not work?
@Bill: I'm well aware that PE 2020 will not do BluRays. I havn't burnt a BluRay for years - but back then (2016) I wished to do so. Currently I just create MP4 videos & upload them to YouTube (as you have seen).

HotelCharlieMike,
I don't know if this works. It might.

Good luck.

Unfortunately not. The order history is empty - its possible that back then Adobe support gave me a link just to download it. "My Products" shows both versions 14 & 13.0 being registered to me.
Unless anyone has version 14 available somewhere it looks as if I am not going to be able to reinstall (plus the question whether the 14.1 update would be available).
