editing premiere elements graphics in photoshop elements

Premiere elements allows users to edit graphics in photoshop elements. Once edited how are they saved back into Premiere elements? Can i add graphics to Premiere elements? I am trying to edit a graphic for tracking object function.

I had no idea you could do that! 

It even works with RAWs!  And with RAWs, it gives you a choice between Photoshop CC and Photoshop Elements.
