can i use this Sound Effects List Adobe Audition Sound Effects with my Adobe Premiere Elements 14 for my Youtube Channel?

I have no idea what the rights are for Adobe Audition Sound Effects, but I'd assume they're royalty free -- so you can use them in a video posted to YouTube. Otherwise, what would be the point of offering them?
